We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as data gathered automatically when you interact with our Platform: • Contact & Identification Data: Full name, email address, international phone number, billing address, and government-issued ID (such as Emirates ID or passport) when required for vehicle title transfers or verification. • Vehicle Details: Make, model, year, trim, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), chassis number, mileage, registration number plate, service history, and physical vehicle inspection location. • Inspection & Condition Data: High-resolution photos, 360-degree walkaround media, paint meter readings, diagnostic scan logs, mechanic notes, and damage scorecards generated during our certified vehicle inspection. • Transaction & Payment Data: Payment method details, bank account details for sale proceeds payouts, transaction IDs, package selections, and billing history. (Note: Card transactions are securely processed via certified payment gateways; Caartl does not store full card numbers). • Usage & Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages visited, and interaction timestamps.

We utilize the collected information for specific, lawful operational purposes: • Delivering Inspection Services: Scheduling appointments, dispatching certified vehicle inspectors, and generating comprehensive digital inspection reports. • Facilitating Vehicle Buying & Selling: Calculating instant market valuations, publishing verified listing condition reports, managing auction bidding, and coordinating vehicle handovers. • Customer Communications: Sending booking confirmations, inspection report links, status updates via SMS/WhatsApp/email, and responding to inquiries. • RTA & Transfer Assistance: Assisting buyers and sellers with official documentation and Road and Transport Authority (RTA) vehicle registration transfers in the UAE. • Platform Security & Fraud Prevention: Verifying vehicle ownership, detecting fraudulent listings, and protecting buyers and sellers from odometer tampering or undisclosed damage. • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Complying with UAE commercial laws, tax regulations, and lawful requests from government or law enforcement agencies.
